Welcome to Bolgatty Care. By accessing, browsing, or using our website https://bolgattycare.com/ and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Definitions

  • Company / We / Us / Our: Refers to Bolgattycare Wellness operating under the brand Bolgatty Care.

  • Customer / Client / You / Your: Refers to any individual or entity booking or using our services.

  • Service Provider / Therapist / Beautician: Refers to trained professionals engaged by us to deliver massage and beauty services.

  • Services: Refers to the at-home massage, beauty, wellness, and related services listed on our website.


2. Scope of Services

  1. Services are provided at the customer’s premises (home, office, or hotel) subject to availability.

  2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the service environment is safe, hygienic, and accessible.

  3. Services are strictly professional and non-medical in nature. No illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate services will be entertained.


3. Booking & Payments

  1. Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or customer support.

  2. Customers are required to pay a non-refundable advance of ₹500 at the time of booking.

  3. Remaining charges (including travel costs, if applicable) are to be paid directly to the Service Provider upon completion.

  4. Pricing for services is clearly mentioned on our website and may be updated from time to time.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

  1. If a booking is canceled before the therapist is assigned, the advance may be adjusted towards a future appointment.

  2. If a booking is canceled after the therapist has been dispatched/on the way, the customer must pay 50% of the service fee + two-way travel charges.

  3. If the therapist reaches the location and the customer/hotel denies entry, the full service fee + travel charges will be payable.

  4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.


5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate details at the time of booking.

  • Ensure a safe and respectful environment for the Service Provider.

  • Not request or expect any illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate services.

  • Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the service begins.


6. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service Providers are required to:

  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and hygiene.

  • Deliver services strictly as per booking.

  • Not solicit personal favors, contact details, or services beyond scope.

  • Report any misconduct or unsafe environment to the Company.


7. Company’s Role & Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company verifies and engages trained Service Providers, but actual service execution is the responsibility of the Service Provider.

  2. The Company shall not be liable for any:

    • Injury, loss, or damage caused during services, unless directly due to Company negligence.

    • Misconduct by customers or third parties at the service location.

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services.


8. Prohibited Use

Customers must not use our services for:

  • Illegal, immoral, or unauthorized purposes.

  • Activities that endanger the safety of Service Providers.

  • Misrepresentation of personal details or fraudulent bookings.


9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • All customer information will be collected and processed as per our Privacy Policy.

  • Customer details will not be shared with third parties except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.


10. Termination & Blacklisting

  • The Company reserves the right to deny service, blacklist, or terminate accounts for customers who:

    • Violate these Terms & Conditions.

    • Engage in harassment, abuse, or unsafe conduct.

    • Refuse to pay applicable charges.


11. Modifications

  • The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updated policies will be reflected on our website and shall be effective immediately upon posting.


12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
