Cancellation & Refund Policy

Company: Bolgattycare Wellness (operating under the brand Bolgatty Care)

At Bolagatty Care, we strive to provide smooth and reliable massage and beauty services. We understand that plans may change, and this Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Advance Payment Policy

  1. All bookings require a ₹500 advance payment at the time of confirmation.

  2. This advance is non-refundable in case of immediate cancellation, but it can be adjusted for a future appointment (within 30 days).


2. Customer Cancellations

  1. Before therapist assignment:

    • If canceled before a therapist is assigned, the advance will be carried forward to a future booking.

  2. After therapist is dispatched/on the way:

    • Customer must pay 50% of the service fee + two-way travel charges.

    • The ₹500 advance will be adjusted against this amount.

  3. At the service location (denied entry / hotel refusal):

    • If the therapist arrives and is denied entry (e.g., hotel not allowing, customer unavailable), the full service fee + two-way travel charges will be payable.


3. Service Provider Cancellations

  1. If a therapist cancels due to illness, emergency, or unavoidable reasons, customers will be informed promptly.

  2. Customers may choose to:

    • Reschedule with another therapist (if available), or

    • Adjust the advance against a future appointment.


4. No-Show Policy

  1. If the customer is unavailable at the confirmed location and time, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and the full service fee + travel charges will be payable.


5. Refunds

  1. Refunds are applicable only if:

    • A duplicate payment is made, or

    • The Company is unable to provide a confirmed service due to operational reasons.

  2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.


6. Adjustments for Future Appointments

  1. If a customer cancels and is eligible for advance adjustment, the credit must be used within 30 days of the original booking.

  2. After 30 days, the advance will lapse and not be carried forward.


7. Governing Law

This Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
